Leader Development Program
At Illumin8 Student Ministry of New Vision Christian Church, we invest deliberately in our leaders so they can invest deeply in your students. Our development pipeline fosters spiritual maturity, practical mentorship skills, and family-first communication.
Vetted & Background Checked
Every leader completes background screening, safety protocols, and pastoral approval before mentoring.
Intentional Discipleship Pathway
Leaders complete quarterly leadership modules covering youth pastoral care, scripture study, and family partnership.
Parent & Family Connection
We maintain direct communication with parents to support what God is doing at home and at church.
Ongoing Leadership Coaching
Monthly cohort coaching and resource sharing ensures mentors stay sharp, encouraged, and aligned in mission.
